For decades, the population of snakes in the Florida Everglades has grown unchecked and out of control, wreaking havoc on the local environment. Snake Bites Bakery was born from a wild idea: What if we could save the Everglades by finding a new use for the very thing that was putting it in danger? While the idea of making flour from snake bones may not appeal to most, the friendly pastels and inviting atmosphere of this neighborhood bakery are sure to delight.
